Feb 21, 2012 - Unfortunately, all of those that fed into whatever "FenianScum" said, you gave him exactly what he wanted (Assuming it is a he). I would suggest if you insist on plaguing the sanctity of this song with retorts that are geared toward a specific individual, you should at least make it an intellectual, witty, informative one. A decent example would be "jimpomac's" post. Thanks. :)

Feb 21, 2012 - it made me cry when i heard it for the first time. you want to know why.? because it was so beautiful

Feb 21, 2012 - @jimpomac Thank you! You said it more eloquently and gracefully then I would have. Pax!

Feb 21, 2012 - @FenianScum Go read a history book,if you can, you'll find that the Scots originally came fro Dalriada, Ireland. You must be one of those eejit sectarian no-minds with no sense of belonging to a race, not a religion. Until the reformation the whole of Europe was catholic and most of Highland Scotland remained so until after the failure of the Jacobites. Half of Glasgow is of Irish descent. When you talk about being invaded and defeated you might want to look at Scotlands history again!
