Feb 21, 2012 - at 2:36 - The table footballer "who having failed his degree is now working for a turf accountant in Leeds". I laughed out loud. Had to write those words in full because this is not the kind of place for "lols" or any other new fangled contraptions from South of the Trent

Feb 21, 2012 - I remember watching this as a kid! I was about 6 at the time and we just got colour telly. I'm from Lincolnshire, so I suppose Fred would consider me to be a Southern softie.

Feb 21, 2012 - Fred's presentation is so great, it could almost be a parody.

Feb 21, 2012 - I'm intruiged by one of Fred's comments ; He says ' Remember all you lot south of Trent, this is real darts, no trebles, on a real Yorkshire board'. Did Fred think that trebles were just for poofs from the south ?I am a southerner, and we were lucky enough to have this on our T.V.'s in the 1970's. I agrre with 'yellowbelly06', it's far better than a lot of stuff on telly today.
