I do believe it's fine as it's consentual and doesn't do longterm damage, there are a lot of things in general that can either bring distress or comfort depending on whether or not they are wanted, it's not just a one way thing. How you are when it comes to sex and how you are in reality are very different, I don't believe that it inhibits people from living healthy and functioning lifestyles.
